How to create file upload form?

Hello, I need to create a form where our association's members can apply for our annual awards program online. They'll need to upload four photos per application. Is this something your system can handle? If so is there a limit per upload field or per form? Thanks.

It should not be a problem to receive photo uploads even large ones. However, our free plan is limited to 100MB account space for uploads. To be able to receive and store more, upgrade to one of our paid plans.
