Terms & Conditions widget: Not showing in iPad

One last thing.  For some reason the terms and conditions widget does not show when I view the form on our work ipads.  The widget does shoe on a newer ipad.

I am just updating the IOS on the 'old' ipad to see if that fixes it.

Otherwise can you think of another reason why it would not be showing on the form?

I cloned your form and tested this on the following devices, so far I'm able to view the Terms & Conditions widget properly. 

iPhone 6S iOS 9 - Safari browser

iPad Air 2 iOS 8 - Safari browser

iPad iOS 7 - Safari browser

If you are still having problems, could you please send us a screenshot of it? Also, have you tried using a different browser? The Safari browser might also need to update. 

If I may also add, you can try our Short Scrollable Terms widget if you want to display the content of your terms with a scroll bar.

Hi Screenshot below on ipad with IOS 9.3.5.  The ipad will not let me update the IOS any further.

I am happy to try a different browser on the ipad.  what would you recommend?

Or how do I update the safari browser?

On regards of trying a different browser, you can try with Chrome and Firefox.

Hi again.  It is strange as when I type a question on the terms and conditions widget, the question displays in the form.  However the checkbox and "I agree..." does not display.  Am I able to change the CSS code to make that display?

If the widget still doesn't work for you on that iPad, you could try with a regular check box:

And add the link with a tag like in the image above. Here is how it works:
