    Hi,
I have another question - is there a way to add a warning message after
pressing the "Submit" button saying - "Are you sure? you will not be able
to edit the information after submission".
I can see that in the setting we can edit the warning messages, but I
couldn't find a way to add this condition to the process.
The reason being is that we want out customers to be super careful before
    submitting their information.
    Hope you can help,
    Arthur

You may use Preview Before Submit widget to achieve this.

Please check the link for widget details: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submit

I created demo form and provided animated gif for you to check out.

    Demo form URL: https://form.jotformpro.com/72123328223951

If you have any questions, please let us know.

    Hey,
So I'm trying to set up the widget, but after submission, I don't see the
the main question as you did at your demo.
I've tried everything, and it only gives me the option to review and go
back to change, but my question - "Are you sure..." is not there - where
    exactly should I write it?
    Thanks

    We're sorry for that.

You have to include a section collapse field:

Where you can write the warning message.

    And set these options:

The section will not be visible for the user when he is filling it, but it will be visible on the preview.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you!

Thank you for your prompt reply!
It looks much better, but I'll try to explain what exactly I would have
    liked to achieve:
    1. They finish to fill the form and they get to the "Preview before
    submitting" button.
    2. They get an overview of the form + my "warning question - are you
sure..." - but it's a bit too early because he did not push the final
    "Submit" button.
    3. What I've imagined is when he presses the final "Submit" button* a
message/warning will pop up with the question*, then he can't really submit
without being aware of the consequences.
I hope you understand now what I'm trying to get and that it's possible :)
Nevertheless, I know that there is a possibility to change warning messages
but I don't really know how to set for a specific field a condition - e.g.
put in just numbers in the "Phone section" etc.
Thanks again, and I really like your professional service so far!

So, you would like when they click Submit button, see the Preview page and submit, to see another confirmation page where they finally submit.

I'm trying to think of a way to do that, but Preview widget requires a form to be submitted, in order to work.

And then, since that is how it is structured, the widget allows you to submit the form finally. So, I don't see a way to include one more layer of confirmation at this time.

Maybe you could include one text field before the first submit button that after clicking it they can preview and submit, but that will be the final submission.

    Something like this:

    Could that work for you?

I understand, I thought that maybe there's another solution, not with just
    this specific widget.
But what I'll do is adjust the sentence I'm using, so after the customer
will press the "Preview before submission" button, he will see in the
bottom of the review page (just before the FINAL "Submit": "*Please make
sure that all of the data you have filled in is correct, You will not be
able to edit the information after the submission"*
*one more thing* - is there any way to track their progress and actually
have some analyses of where they are stopping or if there any field which
they struggle with more than others etc (something like -

    Thanks Nik :)

Yes, I'm afraid that you will have to go that road. Give them information as much as needed on Preview page so they are aware of the consequences of Submitting.

We have Form analytics, but that's more like how many submissions, views, from which devices, countries etc. analysis. We don't have a tool or tracking the behavior of particular fields in the form.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

Cool, that's what I'm going to do.
*Can I get a PDF attachment after the user submission? *Just to clarify,* I
don't want the users to receive the PDF* but rather just we as a company.
    I know that when I go to Settings--> Email--->Notifications--->Advanced,
there's an option for enabling PDF attachment but it's for the users.

    Thanks
