Hi, i've just joined and started created form. My account got auto-suspended. Could you tell me why ?

I have removed the fields in question to activate your account. Your account now is active and your forms are enabled. Please avoid collecting sensitive information such as login credentials (username and/or password) to avoid your account to be suspended again.
