We are not being notified via email when an order comes through our website.

    When someone uploads an art file, we receive a notification that someone uploaded an art file via email. HOWEVER, when someone uploads an art file AND places an order (i.e. makes a purchase with a credit card), we do not receive a notification that an art file has been uploaded via email. 

    Are we doing something wrong? Please help! We need to receive a notification EVERY time an art file is uploaded, whether a purchase is made or not.

    Is this the form you have issues with https://www.jotform.us/form/40144239100136? That form does not have payment integration, so I am not sure how are your users placing an order. 

    I checked our email logs and all emails were successfully sent to your email address sales@supremecolor.com

    You can also check email log on your account.

    How to View All Your Form Email History

    Please check your spam folder and if there are emails coming from @jotform mark them as not spam. 

    If you have issues with some other form, please provide us the form ID.

    If the form is embedded, provide us a webpage URL.
