    Hello,

Even if I know that JotForm is not optimized for Safari, I have a big problem with it... We created a popup on our website (Popup Maker + Jotform)

1st problem: We cannot slide it down (even if it works on all other mobile phones). Thus, the customer cannot see the content of the popup. When we slide it down, it slides down the website in itself, not the popup.

2nd problem: When the customer try to fill out the form (the popup), it goes at the bottom of it, he cannot see what he is writing.

Please help uuuuus ! Thank you :)

I repeat, we only have the issue with Iphone on Safari

I have checked your website using an iPhone emulator and see that the form is displaying correctly. Also, I am able to fill the form without any issue. Please see the screenshot below:

I see that your web site is built using WordPress and the form is embedded using default Javascript embed method which should be working fine. I am not sure if the external Popup plugin is causing the issue due to any conflicts with the scripts. Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed method to see if that works?

You may get the iframe embed code for your JotForm by following the steps in the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

You may also try using lightbox embed method with auto loading by following the guide below:

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
