I'm trying to change my password but it is not changing?

To change your password, you just need to go to your account profile page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile) and then click on Password.
You should then type first your new password, repeat your new password, then type your current password to change. It should then show a Changed Successfully text below the Save button after pressing it.
After this, try to log out and log back in using your new password.
If this is not working, please try to clear your browser's cache and try again.
