How can I create the type of form that is just all on one page rather than having to click to the next question or field?

I have viewed someone's form that is just one single page but when I've made my own form, I am viewing it as one single page the whole time in editing but when I go to look at the url it is viewed how I have to click to get to the next question.  How do I set up the normal form just on one page? thanks

You have to go to your user profile settings (top right corner). Uncheck the card option.
