I got an email saying payment was declined by bi-yearly billing? I got hit twice in the past week with pishing schemes so a little suspicious of the email supposedly from you.

Yes, upon checking your account I found that you have indeed a payment failure and your account is scheduled to downgrade in August 10th 2017.
