We are having trouble with one of our forms. We are unable to receive several submissions for one of our forms. A few of them are able to go through, but the rest have not. Our IT department pulled up all emails that go through our wireless and that shows that it doesn't even enter our system. I provided the URL for where the link to the form sits. We have been having trouble with the Bank Account/ ACH form.

I have checked your account email history, but I can see all the emails have been sent without any problem.
I can also see you have some shared forms, may we get the form ID or email address where you're not receiving emails?
I would also suggest you to check if the address is in our bounce list, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
