    Not receiving all the forms submmission

    Hi,

    I have created a training feedback form and it was working well initially. But recently, when some of my participants submitted the forms, I did not see them appearing in the submissions. Could you help to check?

    PS: I have tested the submission personally and also did not receive my own submission.

    Hi Jason,

    Have you tried testing out your form in "preview" mode and check the submissions? I cloned your form and was able to test it and recieved the submissions. You can preview the form in the form builder and test the submission, then, you can check the new submissions at My Forms / Submissions.

    I am trying to establish maybe there are some issues preventing the submissions reflecting on Jotform when it is use on your PHP website.

    Also, by chance had you changed the notication email address of the form? I could not seem to find previous email logs related to the training course feedback form.

    Hi Jonathan,
    I was receiving the submission until recently. There are 19 previous submissions in the records. The form code is attached http://www.jotform.com/submissions/20738455723457

    Hi Jason; I have too cloned your form and was not able to reproduce your problem.

    Can you try to delete your notification email and set a different email like gmail account and test.

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    JotMails IP Addresses

    Lets know if this works out.

    Hi,
    It is not the email problem. The root problem is I cannot find the submissions in the jotform website. Try using my form and send in a submission. You will find that what you have submitted does not appear in the jotform submission database.

    I filled the form on your web site, and then logged into your account and I see the submission on your submissions page for "Submissions: Training Course Feedback Form".

    Hi,
    I tested it and it's working now. I did the same test previoulsy and it didn't work. That's why I contacted support. Do you know of any reason that could happen?
