Hidden field now appearing on form

The hidden scale rating element titled "Years of relevant experience" just started appearing on my form: https://www.jotform.com/krugmichael/justins-phone-screen-guide. It wasn't behaving like that before. 

I checked your form and I did not see the "Years of relevant experience" field. I cloned your form and I can see that the condition for the "Years of relevant experience" is set to Hide when the Date field is filled.
