How do I access visual reports for each of the questions in my survey?

    I have cloned your form and created a visual report of submissions. Please check the images below:

    Go to my forms page a select the form you want to create a visual report. Click reports and add a new report:

    Select the Visual Report Builder and click Next:

    Do not forget to save your report:

    Hi Jenny - Thank you for your help! I did that and only see visual graphics for the first 2 questions. CAn you help me find the visual graphs for the remaining questions?

    You just have to drag and drop the Chart icon and then adjust the information that will show:
