Why isn't the PayPal pay with credit card option coming up?

    My form:https://form.jotform.us/72115020223133 

    Will only let you Pay with Paypal if you have an account. How can you pay with a credit card if you do NOT have an account? 

    This is  a problem.

    You can try the PayPal Pro if you want a Credit Card option added to your form. Here's a screen animation on how to add it to your form:
