I am trying to test my form and its not working.

I have checked your account and your forms' configurations. I couldn't see any problem with the notification email settings.
I have tested your forms named "Membership Form" and "Membership Data entry Form" by submitting them. I have seen that your recipient email address email@example.com has received all of the notification emails successfully as I have checked your account history logs as you can also see the example email below:
I have seen that there is not any problem with receiving notifications from your side.
Could you please check your SPAM/JUNK folder of your email address? If you see the notification emails there, please mark those JotForm emails as NOT SPAM.
