Usually JotForm's PDF's get sent through to our emails rather promptly, Today we have been experiencing loss of PDF's and major delays... I have checked with our IT department, and we have no issues our end - all other emails and regular emailing has been prompt,

I checked your account, cloned one of your latest forms and test it and I was able to receive the submission email with download PDF option nothing changed other than the recipient to my own email address.
To assist you better, could you please specify which form(s) you are having this issue with?
Alternatively, please try to clear your form cache to see that if this helps?
