Unable to turn off "Test Mode" of WorldPay payment tool.

    I have turned off the sandbox mode, but it still gets to the payment page and shows "Test mode"

    How do I change it so that it actually works?

    Hello Astasflowergarden,

    I did check your form #71892643483365 and found that "Test Mode" was still enabled. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    I have switched that test mode to off several times - and it is definitely
    off on mind - but I put it off and on again and saved and tried again - and
    got this....

    I need to be able to get this up and running and don't understand why it
    isn't! I turned off the sandbox mode box and the test box mode box, so
    don't understand why you found it turned on again!!
    and what's happening now? I may have not filled in all the boxes as I was
    just trying to see if it would get to the actual payment page - and now it
    says it's suspended. What on earth do I have to do now?

    Hello Astasflowergarden,

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is already active and not suspended. You should not have any trouble. 

    I also checked the Worldpay payment tool of your form and the test mode is now disabled. Did you try to share any screenshot? Unfortunately I am unable to see the screenshot you have shared. I would suggest you to please share the screenshot again and we will take a look.     This is the error message I received.  I was just doing a quick test run - not in test mode. to see if if would take a payment from me to me!

     

    So...is the account suspended - and if so why

    I know it was all authorised, and ready to go - so why will it not work? 

     This is becoming a bit of a liability - as I am now losing business through not being able to take card payments.  I'm not at all technically minded, so need all the help I can get! Thank you

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot with us which has helped us understand the issue you are having.

    I did check your form's worldpay payment tool but I was unable to verify the integration. I would suggest you to please check and ensure that you are using the correct "Installation ID and Currency". It has to match the exact details from World Pay account. Please check the screenshot below:
