Unable to edit and submit form.

    Hi Team,

     

    I'm having a serious problem where I CANNOT submit responses to my form!! https://form.jotform.com/63471281716154

    Also I cannot edit the responses and submit! This is a very very critical function for our business. Can you please help fix it as soon as possible? Both error messages show that "this site can't be reached"

    Hello Eileen,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form by editing your submission and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit form successfully in edit mode. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Hi Ashwin,

    Appreciate your timely help. 

    But we still all have problems editing and submitting the response to our form. Attached the pictures for our issue and the link to the video that capture our editing problem.

    Every computer from the same office/IP address with corporate wireless access have issues editing and submitting the response to the form. 

    Our IP is: 165.225.102.70

    Hello Eileen,

    It seems the submit.jotform.com seems to be not loading in your network. 

    I would suggest you to please try to login to your JotForm account using https://www.jotformpro.com and see if you are able to edit and submit form's submissions.

    Do get back to us if the issue persists with the above URL as well and we will report it to our backend team.

    Hi Ashwin,

    We are all still having the same issue. I've done a couple testing and find out that submit.jotform.com is blocking our corporate IP: 165.225.102.7X to submit or edit responses.

    All the computer or laptop connecting to corporate network or wifi have trouble submitting the responses. While we are able to submit when connecting to other personal/public network.

    Kindly ask your assistance to fix it as soon as possible. We love JotForm and would love to keep using it.

    Hello Eileen,

    As suggested earlier, have you tried accessing your JotForm account using https://www.jotformpro.com/ You can also ask your network team of your office to whitelist submit.jotform.com in firewall.

    Do try it out and let us know if the issue persists.
