My Jot Form is not working

    Hi there, I need help with my jot form.

    my username is dawn@mychristianhealthcoach.com

    Please don't reply to that e-mail.

    That is the e-mail of my client.

    E-mail me back at: momentumdesigns@me.com

     

    I have a contact us form set up on her web site:  http://www.mychristianhealthcoach.com/contact.html

    The submissions are being received on jot form but not forwarding to her e-mail as I believe i have it set to do.

    Can someone please take a look at this form me?

    Hello dborowski,

    The notificantions are delivered automatically to the mail account, are you telling me that notifications are not being sent to any email? Or do you want to add/modify the mail that you receive?

    Please check in spam folder.

    I may suggest you to add noreply@jotform.com to whitelist too.
