I recently changed my credit card and forgot to switch my account. Now when I try to fix it, the third party website where I pay to will not let me log in because it says my account it closed. Can you help?

Can you try logging back in? I've made an attempt on my end to reactivate your subscription but it seems to reflect your old credit card information coming from the last payment made, so the transaction wasn't successful.
If in case we could not reactivate your subscription via Plimus. You can start a new subscription via the pricing page.
