Not receiving email alerts with my latest published Jotform.

    i used the spinner format, published my form, emailed the link to myself and did a test run on the form. After submitting the form, I checked my email- NO ALERT EMAIL was sent. I then repeated the process with my husband's email- again NO ALERT EMAIL. I checked under settings and even added a Notification with a different subject line- still NO ALERTS.

    I checked the mail log of the email recipient of the notification email of the form ( and based on our logs the emails were properly sent.

    You can also view your form's email history on your end. To view your form's email history, just follow the instructions provided in this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History. Please check your emails spam folder and see if the emails went there. For the autoresponder email, I noticed that the email setup has an error, the recipient field seems to be missing. Please try to fix this and see if you will receive the emails.
