How can I charge for add ons on my order form?

ive attached my link to my order form for you to look at but i wanted to know can i add items to be charged extra for.

like if i want to add a wrap or protein smoothie before they submit and pay the stanard meal plan price?

I am not sure if the options on the first few pages are the add-ons. Since you are having the payment field with a product and if you want to add some additional products/options to the payment field, you may consider using the additional options for each product in the payment field. If you want to use the existing fields on the page as the addons, you may consider calculating the total manually by using a Form calculation widget and assigning calculation values to the fields and then pass the final value to the payment field.
