I am having major difficulty logging into my account that I set up for one of my clients. I'm logging in from my personal account to ask this question to you because I can't access my other account that my client uses. The username is 'tnous' and when it prompts me to reset the password, I receive a request in my email inbox (email@example.com). Once I do this and try to log in again, it says I am typing the incorrect password. I've attempted this 5 times and it still doesn't work!!!! WHAT CAN I DO???? I MUST BE ABLE TO GET INTO THESE FORMS TODAY! HELP!

Your account (tnous) is currently active. You mentioned that you received the password reset email and you were able to change the password.
It is possible that your browser is still using the credentials from the other account. Please try to use a different browser and check if you can sign in or not.
If the issue persists, you may need to clear your browser's cache.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
