How can I remove the ''Create a JotForm'' button from my form?

I use your service to provide an upload form on my website.  My customers are getting a little confused because the confirmation page they're taken to after the upload has a large, orange button that reads Create a JotForm.  They're clicking on this because they believe it's part of the ordering process.  Then they have no idea what to do when they're directed to your website.

How can I remove this button?

I have checked your account and found that it's in the Free status.

Please note that we provide the option to remove the JotForm branding only for upgraded account, and as a result it is not possible for your current account state to remove the branding.

You may consider upgrading to any of our plans in order to be able to remove the JotForm branding.
