Set input table to hide when at least once space has been completed

Additionally, I have a table type questions with multiple value entries. Is there a way to let the following question appear if it's blank, and remain hidden when at least one space has been completed?

You can do this with conditional logic. However, the downside is the field gets hidden as soon you select/input an answer in the field. It's not a typical solution since this may create a conflict in the form causing it to become unresponsive.
