I can't see my form in my account

    Hi there,

     

    I created this jotform but I can not see it in my account.

    I am getting the response to my email when I test it (laura@fitchicks.ca) but other people who enter it are receiving a response but I am not getting it

    Can you please help me with this?

    Upon inspection I found that the form https://form.jotform.ca/71915005076250 belongs to a guest account without any associated email address, which explains why you are not seeing this form in your account username fitchicks.

    Would you like us to transfer this form into your account?
