I am using a authorization cc payment form and the cc exp date only goes up to 2020 and now some people are being issued cc that expire in 2021. I tried to edit the drop down but your template dates only go to 2020.

Can you add 2021 and 2022 to you drop down year exp dates?

Are you referring to the form http://www.jotform.us/form/43096460013144 in your account? I have checked this form and see that you are using Purchase order payment field on the form. And the other fields to collect the credit card information are normal text box fields. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain textbox fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing.

Please remove these credit card information fields on the form to avoid any suspensions on your account. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
