Items showing on back-end that were not selected. How do i stop this?

Hi, I am using jot form for catering orders at my restaurant. For some reason when orders come in, the form is showing a bunch of trays that were not ordered or selected. I have attached screen shots to show you.

All of the salads, Chicken brocoli ziti, and penne vodka... These are the trays that consistently show that should not.

Are you referring to the empty fields on the form being displayed in the email notifications? If so, please try enabling the option Hide empty fields in the email settings so that the fields not filled should not be displayed.
