    Hi! I cancelled my account by mistake and I already had paid for a whole year.

    I have checked your account and found that you have indeed canceled your Bronze Yearly subscription.

    Please note that when you cancel a subscription, your account will not be downgraded back to the Free status right away, instead, you continue to have your whole upgraded period before you get downgraded.

    Please also note that when you cancel your subscription, your account won't be canceled. Your account and forms will continue to work properly, and you just won't be charged anymore as you will be downgraded back to the Free status.

    In light of the above, please note that your account is still in the Bronze status, and it will remain so until your yearly upgrade's period end, which is October 27th 2017, and after that, if you would like to upgrade again, you can do so by following our guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
