I test submitted your form but I could not reproduce the issue anymore. I was able to submit the payment form and my submission was validated.
As you can see my test card was declined since it is only a test account. But I was able to submit the form successfully which means the form is working just fine.
And I also see an existing test submission payment on the form.
Let us know if issue persist.
