How can I complete a form on my samsung 7?

i have downloaded the jotform app onto my samsung 7, and i have also downloaded onto my iphone7 too. i am able to complete forms through the sub user account on the iphone 7 but not on my samsung 7? any ideas? thanks

Do you mean to say that your are unable to submit form on Samsung 7 device? Do you see any error message when you submit your form?

Yes, we cannot submit a form from the Saumsung 7 device, and we cannot see an option to do this?
