i have downloaded the jotform app onto my samsung 7, and i have also downloaded onto my iphone7 too. i am able to complete forms through the sub user account on the iphone 7 but not on my samsung 7? any ideas? thanksPage URL:

Do you mean to say that your are unable to submit form on Samsung 7 device? Do you see any error message when you submit your form?
You are using your form's direct URL to submit form or have you embedded your form in any webpage? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.
