Received reply to support query about account suspended but can not reply

    You kindly replied to my post about a suspended account. It was due to collecting bank info, I am happy to remove these fields so my account can be reactivated.


    However when I click 'view this email in a browser' so I can reply I am asked to login which I can not do!

    I believe it's because the thread you tried to visit is set to "Private". Regardless, I have check your account and deleted the fields that violated our terms. I have re-activated your account, you can now log in to it.
