May we know what PDF you are referring to? I'm checking your form and I see that there's a PDF form embedded on it. Do you want to print that PDF file separately? If so, you can do that if you view the PDF on a separate tab. Here's a screencast on how I did it in my end:

Yes I am referring to the convert to fillable PDF form. I have used this feature previously however the new updates and learning curve upon coming back to jotform has me a little stumped on a few things.

I suppose what you mean is that you are not able to download the PDF version of the form. As it appears, I was able to replicate your case. Your form isn't producing any download prompt after clicking Create PDF form.
Can you try doing some edits on your form and then try again to download and see if a prompt appears after the change?
