Hello easmedforms,
Do you mean to say that you have downloaded your form's submission data in excel and then accidentally deleted?
You can take advantage of our "Import Data" app to import submission data from excel or csv file.
Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

I am having alot of trouble importing the data.
it keeps giving me a long list of similar errors
Error: Unrecognised Field "Submission Date". Please check the template. The top row must match the template.
Error: Unrecognised Field "Date of Case". Please check the template. The top row must match the template.I have tried exporting to xls or csv and importing for my other forms, but the result is still same error.
Would you be able to assist?

You are getting these errors because the headers of the CSV file you are trying to upload does not match fields in the form.
The Import Tool will provide you the correct headers for the CSV file. Please update the CSV file using the same format. Here's a screenshot:
Please check the complete guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm
Hope that helps. Thank you.
