Can I link the form to my website under the free plan?

I have created and linked a form to my website but it is not working. Do I need to subscribe to an upgraded plan for this part to work?

You may embed the form on your website or can also use the direct link to the form with the Free subscription plan without any issue. You can use all the features of the JotForm including widgets, apps with the Free subscription plan. The free subscription plan differs from the paid plan by the limit of submissions/views count, storage space, branding banner, sub-account users, etc which you may compare from our pricing page.
