We apologize for the inconvenience, I believe my colleagues intention was not to be rude, he was just trying to get detailed information of the issue you are facing with your form, in order to find the cause and assist you better.

I have read that thread, and I will be glad to assist here. On regards of your question "Do I need to refresh the page for the conditions work?", the answer is YES.

For example, let's say a person just loaded the page where your form is embedded, and at the same time, you have decided to go into the edit mode of your form to apply a condition. That condition will not be applied in the user's end, he will need to reload the page, see this simple example:

So, my suggestion would be to disable the form, or the page of your site where you have embedded it, before editing your form. Once you are done with the edit, then, make your form or webpage available.
