1-I want to know when I will be billed next time

2-What if I do not pay my souscription, will I loose all my data on your site (my forms) or what will happen?

You will be billed next time in August 10th, 2017.

Your account would be downgraded to the Free status and it will continue to work properly, along with all your forms. All what will change is the account limits you're subject to, from the Silver limits to the Free ones.
