All of my forms suddenly get stuck when the "SUBMIT" button is pressed. Please help, my customers are complaining!

All of my forms suddenly get stuck when the "SUBMIT" button is pressed. Please help, my customers are complaining!

I thought it was just me, so I cleared my browser, restarted my PC, used different browsers and nothing worked. Every time I try to submit the form, it says "please wait" and never goes through. My customers are already complaining as well. 

Unfortunately, we have experienced a temporary issue with the payment forms. However, the issue should be fixed by now. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
