I want to create a form that can only be printed and cannot be submitted online

I have a form that I'm creating for another individual at my company using my account.  I don't want the form submitted to me or my jotform account.  I just want the ability for the form-filler to to print, or email directly to my coworker.  Can that be done?

You can enable the print button in the form (https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms) then you can hide the submit button by custom CSS codes. We can help you with this, just please let us know the form.

Or, remove the submit button in the form and create a PDF version of it: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form. Share the PDF to your coworkers instead of the online version for printing.
