I have a big problem with the form

    Hi, I have the pro version of your service and I have just found out that for 2 weeks, your form has not worked. This has caused a huge loss of money for me because clients have been unable to sign up for my service. When they submit the form.. nothing happens. It just says please wait for like 10 minutes and I tried to make new forms, but all of them are doing the same thing. That tells me that it must be a problem on your end. Please get back to me quickly about how to solve this issue, or I will be forced to cancel my subscription and take my business somewhere else.

    We had a temporary issue with payment forms.  It was only from this morning about an hour or so ago.  This should now be fixed.  Please let us know if the issue persists and we will take a look immediately.

    I EMAILED 4 HOURS AGO AND LOST ALOT OF MONEY TODAY BECAUSE OF JOTFORM AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW I WILL BE COMPENSATED.
