Registration form hanging up on submission

Our Church Volleyball Registration form is hanging up when users click SUBMIT.  I've tested it and it's doing the same thing to me.  I've tried it in both Chrome and Explorer and it's doing the same thing.

We had a temporary issue with payment forms.  This should now be fixed.  Please let us know if the issue persists and we will take a look immediately.
