Problem - CANNOT PROCESS PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD

Hi something has gone sideways on this form: https://form.jotform.com/70105358471149

It can process free options but when clicking credit card and entering info, it freezes after you hit submit and doesn't do anything. HELP!

We had a temporary issue with payment forms.  This should now be fixed.  Please let us know if the issue persists and we will take a look immediately.
