Please note the client is NOT getting the submissions.
I checked his spam folder..there was NO SUBMISSION
I added email@example.com to his address book, no luck.
Can you please look into this and let me know what to try next.

Your client's email address was in the bounce list and i have manually removed it, should be working fine by now.
By the way, i have noticed that you have 2 different notification settings for the same recipient. May i suggest you to delete the Notification 2 ? Because you have already changed the Sender E-mail for the first one to firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be fine.
