UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

The users, which you have added under yours as "sub-users", can not create more forms, because their account type is FREE. You can only create up to 5 forms in a free account.

Please note that by adding them under your account as "Sub-user", you are not inheriting your account benefits, because the sub-user feature is only meant to share forms with someone else's account.

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

So they should create their own JotForm account? Can it be the “Free” account?
Did we upgrade to “Silver” in error?

The accounts that are also listed as "sub-users" under yours, are in free status already. What do you mean by "Did we upgrade to “Silver” in error?"? Do you need to cancel your Silver subscription?

I think I’m confused by it all.
We were on a grandfathered “Premium” account where we could have 3 sub-user accounts and they were able to create forms. Then something changed and they could no longer create forms, only edit or view.
By upgrading to “Silver”, we were under the impression we could have more than one user who could create forms. I did print out the article “How to Share Forms with Sub-Users” and followed the instructions to allow sub-users to create forms.
We need to have more than one person creating forms.
    Please help.
    Thanks.

    Hello,

Do you mean to say that your sub-user are unable to create forms?

Please note that in free account, user can only create 5 forms. Your sub user "shabersham" (has free account) has already created 5 forms and that is the reason why he is not able to create any more form and it will display error message. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to first create form in master account "mstraw88" and then share that form with your sub-user account.

I did check your account and found that you have upgraded to silver yearly subscription plan.

    Thank you!
