I created a form for registration for training summit I have going on.  We use the wedding registry widget for class registration so we cal limit the number of seats in each class.

We have 2 people already registered, but the widgets are not updating the count.  It still shows all classes at 30 per class.  That is the beginning class limit.  It is not being reduced when people register.

The link to the form is https://form.jotform.us/72113786509157

I have checked your form and submissions, and I confirm that the two submissions you received should have altered the 30 limits to become 28 but it didn't.

Could you please manually edit these limits to set them as 28, then monitor future submissions to see if the widgets react correctly with the reducing of these limits?

If the problem persists after that, please get back to us so we can escalate the issue.

Thank you in advance and apologies for any inconvenience.

I adjusted the limits again. Now, when people complete the form and hit submit, it either says please wait and it goes nowhere or it have some red error under the submit button.
I cannot find an error. I am at a loss. I need to get this registration form out. Can you help me figure out the issue. Feel free to test the form and enter your own info, we can delete it out.
To make it faster, under the region section, select WRC and it will hide all the air and hotel info.

I just made a test submission on your form and it works just fine.

The numbers are reduced as well.

Could you please check your form again?

You can delete my test submission to restore the account.

I tested it and it seemed to work fine. Then, one person registered and it stopped working. It is not reducing the number of people that have already registered and it is not allowing people to submit their registration. It is giving them an error.
We need to get this addressed. We are beginning to look like idiots. The page is up, no it is not working, it is working, no it is not working.
Please work through this and let's get this back online.
