The last issue from earlier today w/the form submissions seems to be fixed. However, now my widgets are not operating properly, in particular, the date picker app. It is supposed to removed that date availability once it is submitted, yet I have several submissions scheduled on the same day and it is not removing the date from the availability calendar.

I understand you were referring to the Date Limits feature of the Date picker field.
From what I have tested so far, the date limits were working on your form.
Can you please elaborate more on how it is not working?
The Date Picker is actually not capable of dynamically disabling a date using conditions. You will have to use the Limits option to manually setup a static dates that will be disabled in the Date picker.
