How do Custom URLs work?

I created a new form. And I noticed it says quality writing assignments on both of my forms links. If I upgrade will my user name be in both links or will I have separate domain names? If not there is no purpose to upgrade. For example, i don't want my domain link to say quality paper writing if I'm talking about sports. Here is an example https://form.jotform.us/QualityPaperAssignments/manifest... I don't want all my links to say quality paper writing in front of the link.

QualityPaperAssignments is your username, and that's the only reason why you have that word on your form's customized URL. This feature works on all plans (even the free plan).

As soon as you customize the Form URL, it will always bear your username. This also only applies to that form alone, it's not account-wide. To remove it, just click the RESET icon on that same page where you have setup the Custom URL.
