Prevent autoresponder sending after delay

If a decide a form submission doesn't qualify for an auto-responder to be sent (set on 24 hours). Can I prevent that from sending within that 24 hour window?

You can actually prevent autoresponders to be sent even if they are on 24hr time delay. That's possible when you create an email condition.
