I want to create a form with document upload.

Can jotform create a report of the submission with the document uploaded and display it live on a webpage using iframe? if so

    1. How will the attachment be displayed in the submission table on the webpage  e.g. links
    2. User want to update their information of the submission for example they may want to upload another attachment because the first one was incorrect, would they be able to do that on the webpage?
    3. If so would the new attachment uploaded by the user override the existing attachment or add to it?

    Hello Phil,

Yes it is possible to show your form's submission data in your webpage by creating report of your form's submission. There are a lot of reporting options available in JotForm but since you want to embed it in your webpage, I would suggest you the following reporting types:

    Grid Listing Report

    HTML Table Listing Report

Once you create report, it will display iFrame embed code which you can use it in your webpage. Please check the screenshot below:

    1. How will the attachment be displayed in the submission table on the webpage  e.g. links

When you create report, it will ask you how you want the images to be displayed. By default, it will display the image as a link but you can change it to display photo itself. Please check the screenshot below:

    2. User want to update their information of the submission for example they may want to upload another attachment because the first one was incorrect, would they be able to do that on the webpage?

No they will not be able to change the image from your webpage. You need to edit that specific submission record to change the image.

    3. If so would the new attachment uploaded by the user override the existing attachment or add to it?

If it is single file upload field, it will overwrite the image and if upload field allows to multiple files to be uploaded, you can retain the existing image and add a new one. You can add the edit link in the report itself which will display a clickable link in report which will allow submission to be edited. Please check the screenshot below:
