Hello my name is Diana, I want to ask how to have the form I get to my mail but I write my web visitors stay on the same page ah ok thanks hopefully answers.

To change recipient email address on a form, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings",
    5. Change "Recipient E-mail" on the lower right side.
To make the user stay on the same site after submitting the form:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab on the form builder toolbar
    2. Click on "Thank You"
    3. Select "Custom URL" option and enter a URL from your own web site.

Creo que la respuesta a Diana no es lo que preguntó. Entiendo que desea que los comentarios de los visitantes queden escritos en el formulario (as http://cbox.ws do)

Sería una interesante opción si se agregara a Jotform

I think the answer to Diana's not what you asked. I understand that you want the visitor comments are written in the form (as do http://cbox.ws)

Would be an interesting option if you add a JotForm

If that's what she is asking, we do not have it.

Please go to this tutorial to learn how to set up notifications: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Receiving-Emails-on-Form-Submissions.
